Another beautiful wedding ceremony & reception at HDCC in May! The rain didn’t hold out for the ceremony but our beautiful ballroom as an inclement weather hold didn’t disappoint!! We at HDCC set the white garden chairs theater style on the dance floor and Rachel used our white arbor as part of her decor. Our large chandeliers hanging over the ceremony space gave the room effortless elegance. DJ Frankie J provided uplighting to produce a pretty pink hue for the backdrop and BBBJ provided gorgeous floral arrangements for the arbor. We love having Jeff Cobb as a minister here for our ceremonies- he always brings fun and warmth to every ceremony service with his kind and easy going spirit. Rachel is naturally gorgeous but her makeup artist Stefani Carol really made her even more stunning! I loved seeing her so happy when she just had her makeup done in our bridal suite- she did a little happy dance! She made a beautiful bride- inside and out!! My favorite couples are relaxed yet refined and their relationship is natural- they don’t stress over little things- they take in each moment and enjoy the day as it comes. The guests were served Chef’s delicious beef burgundy, chicken in a mushroom cream sauce, kielbasa, vegetable medley, and mashed potatoes. It was such a lovely group of people who all very kind and gracious. I loved working for this couple and their family! I wish them all the happiness in the world! Thank you Rachel and James for choosing HDCC!!
